Who is a Mas Player?
The Mas Player lives for the road. They might skip the fetes, limes, and panyards, but once J’ouvert morning hits, they’re all in. Covered in paint, mud, or glitter, they move with purpose behind the truck straight to Carnival Tuesday. The road is their stage, their home.

What is Mas?
Mas, short for masquerade, is the colorful, costume-filled heart of Carnival. From traditional portrayals to modern bands with feathers and gems, Mas is storytelling through movement, art, and performance. It’s how we express ourselves, honor history, and celebrate freedom, all through the streets with thousands of others.
