These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of TTCarniva365.com (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by the National Carnival Commission of Trinidad and Tobago (NCC).

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Trinidad & Tobago, without applying any rules of conflict laws.
Indemnity
Except, where prohibited by law, by using this Site, you indemnify and hold harmless the NCC and our Board, Management, and Staff from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal costs arising out of the use of our Site or your violation of these terms and conditions.
Intellectual Property
This Site and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TTCarnival365.com and its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and any material that contributes to the composition of our Site.
This Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TTCarnival365.com.

The NCC and our Board, Management, and Staff will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal costs from your use of this Site.

- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of this Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend the NCC or users of Site or expose them to liability.
Additionally, you agree not to:
- Use this Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair this Site or interfere with any other party’s use of this Site, including their ability to engage in real time activities through this Site.

Waiver And Severability
No waiver by the NCC of any term or condition set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such terms or conditions or a waiver of any other terms or conditions, and any failure of the NCC to assert a right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
